day 1 keynote recap already? i blinked and copilot apparently fused with everything including my weekend plans.

The shift I'm watching is Copilot taking on bigger, multi-repo work instead of single suggestions. That changes the review job. When an agent opens the pull request, someone still has to own what it changed and why. Name that person before you hand it the bigger tasks.

Give me the infrastructure part of that keynote over another Copilot demo.

Fusion is the one I want to poke at. If routing between models really gets close to a single top model at about half the cost per task, a lot of people are overpaying for agent runs right now

The Copilot Fusion number is the one to watch: within two points of Opus 5.5 Max at about half the cost per task. If that holds on messy real repos and not just the index, multi-model coordination stops being a demo trick.

The infrastructure announcement should just be a live demo of GitHub staying online.
