Actions speak louder than words. Your party and your candidate lifted the eviction ban and threw thousands more people into homelessness.

Dont blame Catherine Connolly for Michael Noonan & Fine Gael for bringing in the vulture funds and evicting people into homelessness. Shameless.

Heather Humphreys voted against an eviction ban...in a housing crisis...at Christmas. Catherine Connolly voted for the eviction ban.

The suggestion that barristers should refuse to work for people they disagree with is dangerous. If this was the case some people would never have access to legal counsel & the right to a fair trial would disappear overnight. Barristers use the cab rank rule for good reason.

Vote for the person doing her job. Or Vote for the person who is a member of the party that caused the other candidate to do her job. Shameless from FG

The, so called, party of law and order reaching back throw the mists of time to embrace your fascist roots, by attacking the independence of the judiciary so as to blame an opponent for actions YOU caused thanks to YOUR policies. Truly, a pathetic bunch

Ah yes. The blue shirts, who rolled out the red carpet for the vulture funds, are now blaming Catherine for home repossessions. You couldn't make it up.

Jesus wept. FG have overseen the biggest increase in homelessness in the history of the state. They have sold our children’s futures to the vultures and profiteers yet Connolly is the issue when it comes to housing. It really is the Twilight Zone in FG’s head.

My family, like so many, has suffered immeasurably due to role of invited unregulated vulture funds which continue to run riot. I've experienced emigration & now navigating one of Europe's worst housing disasters. If we're going to talk housing justice, let's tell the full truth.

A political party & current ministers criticising legal profession cld be seen as interfering with judicial system. Will you start criticising current barristers that take cases against state or judges who make decisions in favour of one party over another? #SeperationOfPowers

How much did the video cost? How much have you spent on this campaign? So you did a few pro @HeatherH videos and they weren't connecting with the public, so now you are following Ivan Yates' advice and making smear-filled anti @catherinegalway videos. Good luck with that. #Aras25

Barristers don’t choose clients & you know that [see link]. Blaming the Banks on Connolly is insane, given that FG & FF were responsible for their collapse by not regulating them. You have managed to make your candidate synonymous with defamation & lies.

For the attention of @FineGael. Below a Statement from the Council of The Bar of Ireland regarding the duty of barristers to be independent and free from any influence. Is there nobody in Fine Gael who actually read this?

It’s poor form that the party in government would seek to bring into disrepute one of the core institutions of our state

This type of smearing of a presidential candidate by the Party in Government is in very poor taste and puts me right off @FineGael. It's tacky and hypocritical considering FG has been IN GOV for over a decade and to me, bears responsibility for the housing debacle with FF.
