I’m not really sure I know with this guy Bill Tompkins was talking about, but I do know with 100% certainty that UFOs/UAPs are real as I have seen one above my house and it was weird as hell and as I was standing there looking up at it two military planes flew side by side towards it and it disappeared in an instant. I had taken my dogs out and it was late so I didn’t have my phone to get a video but I did report it to MUFON.
