Could you hold 9 people hostage by never reconnecting to the game again? Do dota servers restart after X ammount of hours - thus crashing the game if its longer than 10+ days?

Awful update. This is further proof that it’s the community that makes this game truly great and unique. Yet they’re trying to censor us in every way possible….

can someone explain this in csgo terms?

In the new update if you misbehave you get a behaviour score (reports,mutes) and if that score falls below the 5k threshold, you can't pause/resume the game anymore. Everyone in that game, except ember(brown), was below that score so they couldn't do anything. It has been fixed
