At university level in engineering, drainage is just touched at the surface and you find few students or professionals continue with it. I think it's important it is made as a course of its own that should be studied for 4 years such that we have engineers who specialise and deeply understand it. No foreign engineers will ever execute and give you 100% pure work compared to a citizen who loves his/her country. This rain has exposed a lot across the city.
