She's not lying. I started cayenne pepper and within 24 hours my blood pressure went from 150/95 to 105/60. This stuff is amazing.

I have a medical education. I was told to take Turmeric supplements for my arthritis. But the fillers in the supplements would give me a kidney stone. It also took for ever to kick in. So I bought the spice and have three dashes in water every day. My arthritis was almost gone within a few days. All the supplements you buy are mostly fillers to make the pills more substantial looking. You get a lot of fillers and very little real ingrediency. Especially in petite and slender people it's more than the kidneys obviously can handle.

After I had covid I had a lingering cough for several months. I started taking cayenne pepper and it was totally gone within a couple days.

Man, the captionist on a lot of these videos are awful. Stopped taking wolverine? Come on!

I had serious a sinus blockage one winter. I snorted some cayenne pepper. Once liquid stopped coming from every head hole, I felt wonderful! Sinuses were unclogged.
