The UPLIFT Act (H.R. 1680) explicitly mandates full cooperation with ICE enforcement, criminalizing any obstruction by sanctuary jurisdictions or third parties. Apps like Islip Forward that actively undermine immigration enforcement violate Section 3(a) of the Act, which prohibits restricting assistance to federal authorities. This isn’t about “avoiding ICE”—it’s about systematic noncompliance with laws designed to protect national security. The Act’s Section 4(j) creates a private right of action against entities enabling criminal aliens, exposing developers like Perez to liability for harms caused by evasion tools. DHS’s CBP Home App already provides lawful pathways for status resolution. Those sabotaging enforcement while cartels flood borders with fentanyl aren’t activists—they’re accomplices to an invasion. The legal and security implications are deeper than most realize—see the documented evidence:

In the video, the founder said he allows anti-ICE and ICE tracking operatives to use his app to “fight back”. He also admits to once being deported. Why is MTG promoting an app founded by an Iranian who wants to Abolish ICE? The app is meant to influence our elections. She seems to think because she is a member of congress that she gets to obstruct ICE and be treated differently than everyone else. Lol. She also then goes on to lie about being sprayed in the face while she was helping to obstruct ICE. She was not sprayed in the face, but told everyone that she was. Get out of the way. You're not special. Let ICE do their job and enforce our immigration laws.
