@unplugfitX Diet and Excercise wouldn’t be that important if more than half the goyslop they try give us wasn’t poisoned. That’s the real issue.

@unplugfitX what if they made healthcare free or very cheap for non obese people

@unplugfitX if they have time to be in a podcast they have time to go to the gym

@unplugfitX Id volunteer for that honestly Working on motivating myself though but I think having someone to push you gets better results (military, sports, etc)
