This is really amazing! But you said this is cpu based, have you tried and is it possible making it in cuda so it's gpu and a lot faster ? I still have a lot to learn, but I'd really love writing a simulator in cuda and have it run in blender on the gpu!

Yes, I did a version using CUDA, and using 1.000 balls, using cuda it was about 0.2s faster. Looks like for this amount of balls, most of the time is used setting the position, orientation and keyframing it. So I stopped CUDA for now, because its more complex.

Is it all hard body stuff?

Yes, its a extremely simple code, just hard body and mostly workign for spheres (you can use other objects but it will treat like a sphere) I plan to add much more to it. It wont be only hard body. I'm coding while learning C (started lerning C about 2 months ago)

Is it faster than blenders simulations?

not only faster. A LOT faster. here is another post where I compared it. But this addon I'm building is in very early stages, so its not as flexible as blender one.

The next version of Render Raw will support custom view transforms, including all of the ones in Pixel Manager like the original AgX, Resolve's AgX, Unreal Engine's, and the camera transforms from ARRI, RED, Canon, and Sony. Pixel Manager is free BTW:
