I went back into the courtroom and heard the judge's final comments to the jury then saw him Judge Fitzgerald officially declare Durk acquitted. He is not being released from jail because he has another trial for a RICO harge. Going outside now, will update again soon.

The jury has found Durk NOT GUILTY on all charges. Not guilty on everything for Durk. It's a complete acquittal. Wilson and Lindsey were convicted of stalking and stalking conspiracy. Not guilty on murder for hire.

After the jury left, Judge Fitzgerald told AUSA Michael Morse that his rebuttal was quite simply the finest argument he’s ever seen in his years as a judge and a lawyer.

Durk’s lawyers will speak at a press conference in 20 minutes.

What’s the other RICO charge ? Wouldn’t they have to supersede indict him for that ?
