Hmm. Yugerov, your leap into animation is nothing short of promising to behold. I can tell it took a lot of work to get all those frills done. The pumping on the tail has a loop, too, yes! The only thing I would do differently is change the timing of the slowdowns.

I took my time with each frame, and while the dress was tedious, it was a challenge I wanted to tackle!
