This is the part of being a doctor I hate most. A patient looks at you and begs you to remove the tumor, or just help them somehow… and you already know there’s nothing left you can safely do to improve their quality of life or survival. Their cancer is just too aggressive. In this case, it had completely taken over the skull, face, and even the brain. No miracle surgery. No cure. No words that make it better. Just watching the hope leave someone’s face while you try to offer honesty, compassion, and whatever dignity you still can. These conversations stay with doctors forever. They are infinitely harder for the patient and their family. I’m so sorry. #braincancer #cancerawareness #neurosurgeon #braintumor #medicaleducation

🚨Fixed the ranking of Forever Friends level status in Pokemon Go🚨 For a lot of you, as we know organizing our friends in order by friendship level has been broken in regard to interaction status going onwards from best to forever friends, right? Well, today I will share with you a way I figured out how to temporarily fix it to know who has the most vs the least hearts towards FF. Do steps as folllowed: 1. Go to friends 2. Click on teal heart on bottom right corner 3. Press friend level (make sure arrow is facing down) 4. Go back to friends list 5. Scroll entirety of friends list from top all the way to bottom 6. Go back into teal friend heart 7. Double tap friendship level (make sure arrow is down) 8. Exit back to friends screen and be amazed!😎 Includes video below for reference Do note that if you remove a friend or exit the friend screen to go back to the regular game screen, you very likely will have to repeat steps 1 through 8 to see them again. The token holders also get to vote/guide the Ai into outcomes they think will benefit the DAO/token. AUM Goes up. Token Goes up. Everyone happy. Or AUM flat/Down. Token Goes down. People Redeem and get % of their money back. better than zeroing out on meme coins. Faleceu nesta madrugada (27) o Congresso Nacional Brasileiro. Causa mortis: falência geral de seus membros, que já vinham agonizando há anos. Daí a turma, não satisfeita, coloca outros líderes globais em vídeos de IA para mostrar que é perfeitamente possível fazer isso mesmo. Ô céus! O que será da eleição brasileira este ano?
