Premier league players are an outrageous rip off, you have Anderson who’s team was in a relegation battle last season who shows promise going for £130m and Fernandes who has gotten relegated 2 years in a row going for £85m. If Tchouameni becomes available he’ll be about £80/90m and he’s better than both.

I had to go back and find the last interview Omar Berrada (#MUFC CEO) did with Andy Mitten because some people have suddenly convinced themselves that Manchester United have no clue what they're doing. When asked about the plan for 2026, Berrada said: "I think we are going to replicate what we did last year in some sense. You always go into the window, but you don't know how you will come out of it. You have to be prepared and have a clear plan. There are opportunities that will come later in the window that aren't there when you are going into it, so you have to be prepared, be flexible, and have a clear plan.
