CALLIGRAPHA BEETLES The genus Calligrapha, belonging to the leaf beetle family (Chrysomelidae), is famous for the striking patterns on its wings that resemble ink blots or calligraphy. We have had a 3 weeks drought but luckily my community borehole project is supporting hundreds of families. No more fetching water uphill from 600m away. The lines in our springs that produce so little water during the dry seasons are intolerable! Over here it's quick.. and people walk on flat surfaces to their homes.
