This is not strange. Satellites are balloons. There is no outer space, we live in a firmament, just like the Bible tells us.

If it was hanging from a balloon, then it's not a satellite. It's trivially obvious that it's not designed for atmospheric re-entry. I would guess that it's a signal aggregator. Actually, judging by the crude construction, I wonder if it's fake. The entire video might be fake.
