Then you can carve them out yourself. The rest can be cooked in a crockpot and/or you can even cut up the Denver for steaks. The Denver is one of the most unknown and well marbled cuts of meat on the cow. The honeycomb marbling makes its juiciness unmatched. Cook it like you would any other steak.
