What kind of soldering paste is that? What temp do you use?

I always figured that it would be helpful for you to recycle some production material to create a simple PCB holder for that kind of simple paste holder.

You need some capacitors after input voltage divider since ADC sampling sags and disturbs high impedance analogue inputs. Look how the voltages are jumping all over the place.
