A lot of people are talking about Dede McGuire's interview with Luenell and perceiving it as a level of disrespect on par with how Mo’nique was disrespected by radio personalities back a few years ago. It's clear that you all haven't seen D.D.'s response Nor have I seen her response circulating on here so let me put it out there. You can have a different opinion and I understand that but trying to paint Dede as someone that is aiding in disrespecting Black women, as one of the only Black women with a syndicated show on radio, is a bit much. Luenell was very pressed about a local mention when she was about to have a whole hour on Dede in the morning and was going to get national recognition. Like come on man. And then she even announced that she was already in a bad mood so she sort of brought that into the interview.

So for example, the Israeli strike on Doha, Qatar, on September 9th—which was one of the craziest things Israel's ever done. Strike America's closest ally in the region during a negotiation. It was so out of bounds that even Trump complained about it at the time. Mossad sat that one out. They did not participate in that strike. Because they're like, "Whoa, whoa, whoa. This is too crazy. You're going to alienate our only remaining ally." But the Netanyahu government—which is not just Netanyahu, it's a coalition. It's a parliamentary system. There's a lot of different parties involved in that coalition—they pushed this.

I want to take a moment to talk about how cool it was to see Lynn Vision execute this strategy on Dust2.. For a really long time the European meta on the map has been a bit stale.. I would a few teams have begun to get more creative on the CT side when it comes to finding agression, but what LV did in this around was so cool: They throw a smoke that Legacy appear to think is a catwalk exe smoke. They molotov the close position in CT spawn. They resmoke the A side of CT spawn. Nobody on the CT side has any idea whats happening. Cool as fuck.

There is one particular shot towards the end of the film with Kathleen Byron, which, in my head, that is probably minutes of film, when in reality the shot is only on screen for less than two seconds And it's a shot of Kathleen Byron coming through a doorway, and it's part of an incredible climax, which I won't spoil if you've never seen the film. But it's one of those shots in Cinema that is ingrained on my brain. Like a lot of Powell and Pressburger films, I think it's just [has] a picturesque quality to it which is just somehow difficult to pinpoint exactly what the magic of Powell and Pressburger together is. But I think the thing is sometime these are the films that you keep returning to, is you can't kind of define exactly what it is about the film that keeps you obsessed, you just keep coming back.
