The "skits" are one of the most, if not, the single most defining feature and unique selling point of ESL/CS2 production. I'm personally invested within CS2, so when the talented individuals are able to reference, incorporate and bring to life the likes of, Cadian "still AWPing" with jabbi in the shower, that shit is still funny and will always be. Once created, forever shared and loved. It's not forgotten about. This is the content that messes the audience to want to return to the product. Telling stories outside of what's on the server is what makes ESL CS2 productions world and genre leading. Without future investment in bringing these unique creations to life, we will only see ESL CS2 productions (or lack thereof) blend in with the rest of the monotony of Esport productions. @ESLCS if you have the talent there who have generational experience with a plethora of productions showing a successful track record, it's a no brainer for viewers. Write them a blank cheque, if viewership and more importantly retained viewership is down, you tried and it didn't work (which won't be the case). But to say nothing, that's a HUGELY missed opportunity. Investing into "productions" is risky and I get that. Especially given what happened with Ludwig and his production company. But they closed their doors due to inconsistent customers, with requests for work being far and few between. It's hard to have a dedicated studio production in isolation and get customers to physically come to use it when it's used on an ad-hoc basis. In complete contrast ESL IEM is literally everywhere. It's global. Yet some of the skits and productions have been some of the funniest without being in a dedication production studio. You either invest to set ESL and CS2 as an Esport apart from the normal Esports viewer experience, or you don't invest in what is established talent and miss out on a clear opportunity to capitalise on communicating to your audience on an engaging level that's more than just watching Esports. Not many Esports or TOs can do that and have been able to do it so successfully. To you "Big Wig" ESL officer in charge of the budget, you need lock in and reach out. If you're not wanting to invest and you're more worried about shareholders returns or directors bonus, you're not worthy of holding the purse strings. Only impassioned people who understand the product should be. I hope skits/productions return with the talent at ESLs finger tips. It's such an easy decision and I hope ESL reaches out immediately to remedy.

@SPUNJ PGL keeps creeping closer to being the top TO. Imagine if they were to pick up their content creation with their talents. easy PGL > ESL if so.

@SPUNJ Not paying people for extra work and hoping to produce your product with people doing it "for the love of the game" is predatory as fuck and a sign of the company's character.
