Who is this for ? New players don't care. Those who want to learn new champs have better places to learn. Experinced players don't need it. Who decides what to pick based on 5s 300x200 pixel gif ?

Idea is great for new players but should have the option of toggling it off for more experienced players. That I and I hope the client can actually run this and not be super buggy
