you say all this as "proof" to use 1 CBO, disclaiming the multiple CBO structure, yet there are so many people like Samir, Rohan, etc. that print milliondollar months consistently by uploading 5 CBOs a day and duplicating them to scale.

Sorry I really didn’t understand you mean we should create 1 same budget for the whole campaign and give facebook as much control as possible and not separate budget for each ad sets?
