The Cable Guy (1996) bombed on release but is now considered ahead of its time. This deleted scene featured Jim Carrey crawling out of a television in a direct parody of Freddy Krueger. The scene was ultimately cut because the filmmakers felt it was very disturbing.

THIS SCREAM REACTION BEING AN ADLIB CONFIRMED!! 🦖: There was a scene that I shouted. It’s a scene where I found Seori so cute that I end up screaming ‘AHHHH’. But actually I didn’t got the director’s permission on that and I just did it myself. It’s because she was so cute rubbing the nose. And thought that if it were Cha Segye, he’d exactly do this so I turned around and shouted and noona perfectly reacted ‘BE QUIET!’ It was both of our adlibs. Our personalities do match.

Just recently found out about this Fan Overhaul to all of Season 2, that makes the sound effects better, and even has some redraws of some wonky art, The stand out for me was that they added and animated the cut moment from the manga of Garou picking up a tree and swinging it.

In Spider-Man 3 (2007) there's a deleted scene where, after getting fired from the Daily Bugle, Eddie shows up at Gwen's house begging for another chance. Her dad ends up kicking him out for being a creep. Sony cut it because it ties into Gwen's kidnapping subplot at the end, which was also retired from the film. This is the only recovered footage to date
