Chapter 4 truly had the best graphics.

Back when the game actually looked next gen.

And all the streamers used performance mode, making it look like PS2.

Me I do this lol But I was on my PlayStation at the time, so I got to enjoy it lol

I'm so mad I had to play performance mode the whole chapter, it was gorgeous and I know my PC today could've ran the game better :(((

chapter 4 and 1 are tied for me personally i love the graphics of both. post season og fortnite has been losing its charm season by season and it amplified after the ui changes and layoffs

I miss 150+ fps on my 1050ti, nowadays cant even get over 80+ fps on the 3050 😔

it baffles me how they didn’t keep this or at least alter it, they’ve completely lost this style

i swear to god, this game looked soo great on each platform i’ve played during that time! i didn’t personally have access to graphics THIS good as in the video, but i genuinely couldn’t complain about my ps4, pc and switch!

honestly hated the UE4 to UE5 switch they did cause it just made performance worse and now apparently if its true were on UE 6 for fortnite and that has a ton of issues

my pc would slap me before exploding

too bad people hated them back then, saying they were too realistic (so much so that Fortnite backtracked when launching Chapter 5)

Fortnite has been trying to go back to that kinda vibrant art style since ch 7 s 3 And I think once the map resets in chapter 8 The new ch 8 map will be very vibrant Or at least I really hope so

And we had bikes and cool MOBILTY you could add to cars to make them off-road, this was the last bit of love in Fortnite

too bad Epic is dumb and creates great things just to quickly sunset it all for shit nobody asked for

they fucked up so bad after this chapter and never ever recovered

AND it had the old movement animations + sprinting/sliding/mantling. Fortnite saw everyone enjoyed this and had to put a stop to it quickly

It was the last of old Fortnite and the best Chapter oat

I loved those graphics, even with a Xbox One the graphics were AMAZING

I miss it everyday it literally hit so hard how beautiful it was

honestly what i miss most was when the game didn’t run like shit in every single aspect from the UI to the gameplay, at least on console

I used to play on the ps4 slim, and I was surprised that it still looked just as good. Nowadays on the ps5, I don’t see any charm.
