fair, i guess just as a genuine question, why? you already vibe coded the netcode, why not the rest of it? this feels like a thing you could prompt in an afternoon if you want to commit to AI workflow

I didn’t vibecode the netcode, just some really technical webGPU driver work on the upstream game engine. I actually wanna make something well-engineered and crapping it out in a day brings me no joy

to me it seems like an arbitrary threshold of when to use AI when at this point it can both make you a well-engineered backend and still crap it out in a day. especially when the tradeoff is people permanently having a harder time taking your word on what was made by hand

if you dont want people to think it's vibecoded I dont think it's a good idea to say "I only used the do-everything-for-me machine on this one thing I promise"

especially while also being someone who presents as vaguely chud-coded and deeply irony-poisoned and has seemingly exclusively chosen to play devil's advocate about AI when discussing it publicly. unfortunately my first instinct is "this user is whipped by LLMs and ashamed of it"

I know it said Firefox wasn't the optimal browser to play in but I just kinda assumed it would still work but I cant even connect in lobby. Chrome works fine but I already made my guy in Firefox. Is there any magical way I can somehow save and transfer this guy over. Wanna play!!
