@Tesla @ElectrifyAm Most vehicles support Plug & Charge now. I’ve never once has to use the app nor CC reader at an EA charger.

@Tesla @ElectrifyAm Step 2 itself can take 3-4 min. And if step 4 doesn't work move your car to a different charger and start all over again. If it still doesn't then call all the below as they pass the buck from each other - Dealer, Automaker, Electrify America, Utilities(potentially).
