It's clear to anyone with eyes that Charles never loved Diana and it was just a Dutiful arrangement. When a man TRULY loves a woman it shows in every way.

They were different Women. Diana married him for his title and was a manipulative narcissist and Camilla who is much more genuine , married him for himself. So yes naturally he treated them differently
