You wanna know why Cooper Kupp is the best receiver in football when he’s healthy? Because he literally does it all. There is not one receiver who does as much as Cooper. Most are dominate at 1 or 2 things. Cooper Kupp literally does everything at a dominating level. This man has great hands, he can route run with the best of them, he can use his underrated speed, he has the best IQ for a receiver, the best work ethic, and on top of that he’s one of the best blocking receivers in football. While many around the league don’t expect any linebackers to be drafted tonight, if there is one, it certainly could be #TexasAM’s Edgerrin Cooper. Cooper is the most complete LB in the 2024 draft class. He’s shown to be: 1️⃣an elite athlete 2️⃣a consistent and impactful run defender 3️⃣a capable and efficient blitzer, and 4️⃣able to use his size and bend to disrupt in pass protection As a run defender, he finished with an 87.6 PFF grade, highest among any expected draft linebackers in this year’s draft class. That includes 15 TFLs or no gain plays. As you can see (🎥), his downhill force plus balance and control allows him to consistently win in the run game As a pass rusher, he had 7 sacks on the year, 4 of which came from playing on the line of scrimmage. When lined up on the line of scrimmage, he generated a pressure on over 30% of his pass rush snaps. Elite ‼️ And in coverage, he finished with a top-10 coverage grade int eh country last season (per PFF College) among LBs lined up in the box. He’s able to use his length and bend, along with developed vision and timing to disrupt plays from the box. 🚨SCORING RULES ALERT🚨 This is from today's Detroit Tigers at New York Mets game. Here, with Workman on second, Zach McKinstry hits a fly to left that lands, and Workman is thrown out 7-5 at third base. This was ruled a single, and the question has been asked as to why. First, this is the correct scoring, as this is a single. If this were a ground ball to short, and the runner is out 6-5 at third on a ball that would have otherwise been a hit, this would have been a fielder's choice, and the difference is in the wording on rule 9.05(b)(3), which says that you do not score a hit when a: (3) pitcher, the catcher or any infielder handles a batted ball and puts out a preceding runner who is attempting to advance one base or to return to his original base, or would have put out such runner with ordinary effort except for a fielding error. The Official Scorer shall charge the batter with a time at bat but no hit; The key is in the McKinstry play, the ball is handled by an outfielder, and not the pitcher, catcher, or any infielder. Another one of those fun weird scoring rules that is great to have in your back pocket for when it comes up.

Shedeur Sanders isn’t running a 40 at the #NFLCombine —so as a former NFL Scout, I did the next best thing —I timed him running 40 yards during a game two years ago to see how fast he is. I got 5.37 seconds. I timed him with a stopwatch from his first step at the 50 until he reached the 10. What time did you get? I had to go back two years because Sanders only has one run in his 4 year college career over 40 yards on his ESPN stats page —and it was in this game when he played for FCS Jackson State vs. Southern in 2022. The record for the slowest time at the NFL Combine for a quarterback according to the USA Today is 5.37 by Ryan Mallet.

I’ve been in football my entire life, but I’ve never seen anyone go from the 8th grade to the NFL” Jon Gruden (Jon Gruden) speaking on George Fant (George Fant) who didn’t play football in high school or college, but stepped out onto the field as a rookie on Monday night football as a starting offensive tackle for the Seahawks. This was one of my favorite projects in my 20+ years as a performance coach. At the time, he didn’t have an agent, he didn’t have the funds to pay for training, but he believed in himself and that was enough to get him a chance! George just finished up his 10th season in the NFL. I’d say he made a good decision passing up the opportunity to be a pro basketball player overseas! God’s glory.

CES was an enormous success. We saw thousands of people and a few dogs interacting with our agents and robots. We booked this booth at the last minute, mainly to book next year’s booth. Truly extraordinary what our team was able to put together on such short notice. Next year we reserved one of the largest booths at CES in the highest traffic location for AI and Robotics. We plan to unveil something extraordinary. Until the next show, we will be debuting the first custom models that will emerge from the first humanoid robotics hot rod shop. These models will be walking around, talking and interacting at tradeshows all over the world over the next few months. We are in the process of acquiring every humanoid robot available on the market to modify these as well. Stay tuned for more updates, the future is here and it’s rapidly accelerating.

2024 has been a pivotal year in my journey to better health. After getting down to 315 lb from a high of 376 over the summer of 2023, things went off the rails and I found myself back at 360 lb in September of this year. I decided that enough was enough and recommitted to the #NSNG lifestyle. I set a goal to be under 300 by New Year’s Eve, but as of this morning, I weighed in at 307, so I didn’t quite make it. HOWEVER, I lost 53 pounds in 110 days, which is nothing short of amazing and puts me in a great position to crush 2025. Goals for 2025: 1. Be under 300 by January 17th (my official weigh in day) 2. Be at or below 250 by June 27th 3. Be at or below 200 by December 31st 4. Exercise every day, with at least 3 days lifting weights at the gym, taking walks on days I don’t lift. Steps for Success: 1. Following Robyn Dobbins lead, I bought a daily planner to log exercise and measurements. 2. Continue following #NSNG with LIL days on my birthday, Mardi Gras, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. 3. Checking in with my NSNG group text regularly and speaking up when I’m struggling. (Keeping my mouth shut when I was struggling over the last school year was foolish) 4. Continue with my creative side with photography and writing, both of which are an outlet. Here’s to a great 2025! I couldn’t have gotten to where I am without so many friends who have supported me and built me back up when I found Rock Bottom. I appreciate all of you!

260708 A summary of #BAEKHO’s sighting at yesterday’s ROKA Special Performance Team auditions! 👀🎤 According to an attendee whose friend participated in the auditions as an active-duty soldier, they saw BAEKHO at the venue alongside Seventeen’s Hoshi & Woozi and Monsta X’s I.M, the four were also seen chatting together. According to OP’s friend, yesterday’s event was the 2nd-round audition to select members of the ROKA Special Performance Team, which performs at the annual Ground Army Festival. The audition was open to all active-duty Army soldiers. If selected, Baekho would be temporarily reassigned from his current unit, the 7th Division in Hwacheon, to the ROKA Headquarters, where the selected members will train and prepare together for the festival until early October. If this year’s selection process follows last year’s, applicants first went through a document screening, followed by yesterday’s live audition, before the final successful candidates are announced. According to attendee reports, the results are expected around the end of July, although no official schedule is known. There’s also information that last year’s selected team reportedly began training together around 40 days before the festival and performed throughout the event. We have a big tree by the front window of the bedroom… every morning I wake up at 7am to the cutest little chirps and conversations from all the birds who call it home. It’s one of the many small moments of joy that start my day… Did you know: 1️⃣ compared to urban noise exposer, hearing birds chirp has been shown to reduce stress levels (cortisol) by as much as 20% from as little as 5 minutes of exposure. This counts even if you hear it through in unnatural settings (like through headphones or on the TV). 2️⃣ in studies, anxiety dropped up to 25% when people were exposed to the sound. 3️⃣ positive affect increased by 25-35%. Participants report higher feelings of calm, safety, and optimism. The sound of birds has also been shown to help people recover faster from stress inducing interactions/situations. And if you’re dealing with mental fatigue or screen overload, listening to birds chit chat away, participants found themselves feeling mentally refreshed 25-40% faster than those who had listened to the hum of traffic or complete silence. Unfortunately, our turkeys don’t always count… but I’m grateful for this big ol’ tree 😜

Goooooood morning, we did it everyone!!!! After a long 24-hour ride, Boon Lom is now living her best life at Elephant Nature Park where she’ll never be ridden or abused or in chains again!!! She’s had 3 babies taken from her and been in chains for 35+ years but NEVER AGAIN!!! It’s been an emotional and exhausting week but thank you EVERYONE who donated/shared as together we rescued 2 abused elephants for my birthday and these are the best birthday presents I have EVER received!! As always please retweet this and share this with your followers as rescues are great, but there are still thousands more elephants abused daily and we must make everyone aware to NEVER ride elephants as it’s that uneducated tourism money that funds this cycle of abuse and it needs to stop!!! TOGETHER WE CAN MAKE THAT HAPPEN!
