I spent 25 years in law enforcement, including homicide investigations. I evaluate evidence for a living. The DNA percentages were reversed. FBI analyst Amanda Bakker testified that Robinson was the major contributor on both the towel and the screwdriver, around 89 to 95 percent. Lance Twiggs was the minor contributor. That is not “favoring” Twiggs. Regardless of whether Robinson spent time in the house or with items Twiggs used regularly, you could see secondary transfer. That is why investigators compare reference samples from everyone who had access. They did exactly that. They got Twiggs’s sample, re-ran the tests, and still got Robinson as the major profile. That is how you sort out mixtures. Bodycam gaps, 30-day retention policies, and grainy video are real issues. But prosecutors showed other additional surveillance placing Robinson on campus before and after the shooting, along with a note and messages indicating planning. Those pieces still stand. This is a preliminary hearing. The state only needs to show probable cause and based on your analysis you’re looking for “beyond a reasonable doubt”, we’re not there yet. Defense attorneys are supposed to attack every link. That is their job. It does not mean the case is crushed. Your post cherry-picked defense arguments and got the DNA numbers backward. Court testimony under oath beats amateur social media legal analysis. The judge will decide whether the evidence binds the case over for trial. That decision comes from the full record, not social media spin. PS “Technical failures” are common in criminal cases when investigators rely on privately owned, non-government maintained surveillance cameras, which may not be maintained properly. You’re making a lot of assumptions about how the process works and no understanding of what a criminal case really looks like. These are normal issues that arise in just about every criminal case.

Cop body cams almost never just “die” mid-shift, it’s procedure. Departments require officers to dock and fully charge their cameras before every shift, with systems that won’t let an officer go on duty if the battery’s below a set threshold. The cameras run 8-12+ hours on a charge, sit in a low power buffer standby mode until triggered to save power, and give the officer a low battery alert well before it actually dies — giving plenty of time to swap it out. Backup batteries/units are also kept in patrol cars just in case. This idiot should be in jail

biggest red flag: if tyler did it, they have the video. the same feed that showed someone (lol) jumping off the roof had a clear shot of ‘the perch’ too. So far, there is no video with TR making the shot from the perch. Unless they are holding it back for the lynch pin in the case - their story doesn’t work.

The dna was 95 percent Robinson and 5 percent twigs. You got both dna percentages of each individual opposite. Don’t mislead people with incorrect information.
