First of all, he is incorrect.All pilots, whether black or white go through the same testing.There's no different testing for the different pilots.They all go through the same test.His argument falls through.

I just don't understand why black people need white people to make it easier for them for everything they do. If they are already qualified enough to get the job why do they need a quota in order for them to get the job? Higher the most qualified person not the skin color!!

Not all pilots are good pilots. Even in the military, some pilots never get their wings; they wash out before they reach the point of being in an aircraft. At least, you can be assured that military pilots are qualified. Consider what would happen if you come back with battle damage: You had BETTER be good at controlling that aircraft.
