It was brutal. Charlie was convening with students. He was talking about mass murder statistics. He didn't have a chance. He was Mercilessly gunned down. Tyler's defense is trying take the death penalty off the table. There is no way that anyone who commits this heinous of an act should not be considered for the death penalty. JMO P.S.
