No matter where I’ve lived in life I’ve always had some neighbor that was older and seemed to have a chip on their shoulder. It never fails that they always seem to have an issue. At first I thought maybe it was just me but I’ve quickly come to realize that there are some people out there that are just so miserable that the only joy in life is to bring others down with them.
