The mood is probably completely different today if he throws it to him. Watching the replay AJ seems very open. Hurts seems to be looking. He has a super clean pocket. Hurts was asked after if he saw AJ and here is what he said: "No, no, I could have definitely alerted him. He popped on the vision. [Panthers CB] Jaycee Horn kind of fell back. Ideally you like to alert him. And the corner falls off, and you high low a flat player there. And [Panthers S Xavier Woods] was the flat player there, he got some depth. Just took my flats."
