Oh man this broke my heart 💔 Tony Robbins speaks with a 12-year-old girl who bravely shares that she has been struggling with very dark and painful thoughts. During this emotional conversation, he responds with direct but compassionate honesty, asking thoughtful questions that encourage her to pause and reflect on the seriousness of those feelings and the love that surrounds her. The discussion begins with the girl openly acknowledging how overwhelmed she has been. Tony gently challenges her perspective by asking her to think about what acting on those feelings would truly mean and whether that aligns with what she really wants deep down. Through this dialogue, he helps her recognize the conflict between wanting relief from pain and caring deeply for her mother. He then shifts the focus outward, inviting her to consider how deeply her family—especially her mother—would be affected if she were no longer here. He explains that the impact would go far beyond immediate shock, touching her mother’s sense of meaning, joy, and connection. This moment underscores how powerful love and relationships can be during times of despair. You can see how heavy this is weighing on him… Mr. Robbins even holding back tears Throughout the conversation, Tony emphasizes that while everyone has the freedom to make choices, each decision carries lasting consequences. He reassures her that intense emotional pain does not define who she is, and that difficult moments can pass with support, understanding, and connection.

By the way, unrelated but just listened to #MADONNA’s new album #CONFESSIONSII and it’s fascinating how the Queen of Pop still got it. Different from the current trends, focusing on the 90s house over the overused disco & new wave eras. Among my favorite tunes, #Danceteria has it all to be a mega hit, but #GoodForTheSoul really is the song that magically sums up Madonna’s entire discography in a single song, you can literally feel all her eras e classic beats spread out across this song. #OneStepAway has that almost ethereal feeling which was so present during the era of Ray of Light. But the whole album is incredible, and it works because it was built as a single body of work freely flowing. Loved the structure of the album, with all songs connected to each other like a massive single block. #Madonna celebrates the real connections through soul, body, movement, dance, music and the democracy of the dance floor, in a day and age where the online world tries to take their importance away from us. #Madonna doesn’t try to recreate her 2005 #ConfessionsOnADanceFloor. She proposes a new path with #ConfessionsII, not just for herself musically, but for the pop music and pop culture. And makes an album that feels timeless, and overcomes his 2005 counterpart exactly by showcasing her evolution in the last two decades which culminated in this new album. After all these years, keeping such a sharp nose to explore uncharted territories and set new trends & higher bars for others to follow is #MADONNA’s biggest act of rebelliousness yet. By far her best album since #RayOfLight - and arguably better than that one as well! Totally recommend.

After 15 years of DJing, I’m deciding to retire. This journey has been a beautiful one, with incredible moments of ecstasy throughout. This rose is not without its thorns, however. The lifestyle of late nights and early mornings took a toll on my mental health, spurring me to seek therapy, personal development, and ultimately spiritual growth. These changes have uncovered deeper desires for my life. I want to live a life more intimately connected with myself, others, and the world around me. I want to help people unfold into their fullest potential. I want to work on projects that support the flourishing of humanity for generations to come. This doesn’t mean that I’m walking away from music altogether. In fact, quite the opposite. Music has always been a crucial ingredient to my life, and I will continue making it for both myself and others. My relationship to it is just changing; no longer am I trying to keep up with trends and make music solely to get popular. I’m treating each song like a diary entry, telling the story of my journey track by track. The next song I will be releasing is coming May 31st, and is called “Fallin’”. It’s the first of 12 original tracks that I’ve sung on, written, and produced that will be combined into an album called “Love Letters” later this year. I hope these tracks connect to my listeners’ hearts – they are sourced straight from mine. You can listen to Fallin’ at Enjoy
