Five teenage travel basketball players and their coach were arrested in Polk County, Florida, for allegedly stealing $37.60 worth of snacks and drinks from a 7-Eleven. They fled when confronted by a clerk; three were found with items hidden in nearby bushes, and the other two were later identified. The coach, 27-year-old Malik Abdul Harvey from Maryland, was charged with child neglect, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, resisting an officer without violence, and accessory after the fact for allegedly lying to detectives.

Sotheby’s and the NBA have to deal with the blowback from the “player advocate” crew who are up in arms that the players can’t keep certain items, but the reality is these players are given the platform by the NBA that make these items valuable. This may be why you saw inaccurate messaging from Sotheby’s in the New York Post - almost like a cover up from negative press. The media and the stage is what makes game worn items have value. That is an NBA value add. If the players were playing at the local YMCA, the items would have no value. So there is nothing to be afraid of. The collectible market grew. If the players want to buy their game worn Finals items they are able to just like they can buy their trading cards. They will just have to compete with the collectible community. Capitalism. The NBA is a Masterclass.

A purse in the Yahara River… from 1978! 😳 In June, my Mermaid and I cleaned up the Yahara River (in Madison) 2 days in a row. This was the first day we dived and the second day video has already been posted. We were waiting for the Madison Police Department to call us back about the purse, but they never did… 🧐 We left the purse at our favorite dive shop in Madison, just in case they would want to investigate it further. 👍 It could quite possibly help solve a case! 🕵️‍♂️ We found many other items, but really loved finding the antique bottles, teapot and BATMAN! 😂 We cannot wait to come back and clean more! 🤿❤️🧜‍♀️🫧🗑️♻️

One of the women claimed that a security guard repeatedly singled out her friend and told her that she could not stand in a particular area, describing the guard's behaviour as disrespectful. They were highly suspicious and almost afraid, they didn't let you grab their cellphone or wanted to shake your hand. But you taught them a lesson, God made us in all shapes and colors, with BIG RED HEARTS ❤️ I’ve done the same thing couple of times . One lady was in tears from the stress of it all . 10 min later she was cruising again with a smile from ear to ear . That’s an old-school lug wrench Everybody has an electric impact now I’m impressed how to help those old ladies now man you get an award.
