1⃣The chattering lory (Lorius garrulus) is a forest-dwelling parrot endemic to North Maluku, Indonesia. It is considered vulnerable, the main threat being from trapping for the cage-bird trade. The chattering lory is 30 cm (12 in) long.

2⃣Chattering Lory Lorius garrulus has most recently been assessed for The IUCN Red List of Threatened Species in 2016. Lorius garrulus is listed as Vulnerable under criteria A2cd+3cd+4cd.
