Definitely collusion. No way in hell that 2 teams coincidently benched every single player, to force a tie, so both make playoffs and force another out. They Definitely were speaking to one another, thus colluded together.

This is why my league has a rule about rostering a team each week. I’m not going back to a league that allows this.

Collusion and cheating and extremely poor sportsmanship. I'd never play in that league again, even if it didn't effect me.

What kind of league does not have a tiebreaker system to ensure there are no ties?

Gota have a tie breaker in place be it bench points, home field, whatever. It's not possible to do this in my league but if it was and 2 teams did this, they're out. I'd delete thier teams right there. No apologies no refunds ✌🏻
