This is the kinda guy that also boils his ribs so they are more tender. All boiling accomplished is removing the flavor from the meat.

DanO's really is some good seasoning. I run through the cajun and chipotle when grilling ribs. I especially like that its not overly salty. You can really salt to taste.

Interesting, that 8lb bag of chicken wings is actually 7lb of chicken. Says right on the bag, 12% weight is chicken broth and salt So about a full 1lb of that bag is chicken broth. There’s some better(and fresher) deals out there especially if don’t mind manually cutting some
