Check out this cool takedown i learned from Bryce Mitchall

Bryce seems like a legit good dude

I was hitting that shit when I was like 5. Ahead of the game, I'm afraid.

Bryce seems like a skilled instructor

Learned it from Billy Robinson ! That is bad ass !

I’m sure it works retard

i think ive seen that a lot in the wwf back in the 90s and early 2000s when i used to watch

Sweet. Anything from the Billy Robinson copendium is priceless. The video of him showing Josh Barnett and Eric Paulson and old school arm lever(drag) to single one of my favorites.

Where’d you get that Bobby t shirt ?

I’ve been hitting that like crazy the last 6months or so. I was told it’s the “school yard”.

Brown shirts in training……you guys won’t win

Can someone get this dude spellcheck

did he teach you how to apologize to the establishment?

Bryce’s ground bjj ground game is elite. Crazy he’s actually teaching an old school vet moves

Cool technique. Thanks for sharing

That’s called a school boy pin learned this from Jerry the king lawler lmao

You guys a seem really nice when you are talking about anything other than politics

Classic school-boy for the win. Why didn’t he pin you???????

They been doing this in WWE since forever

Risky takedown

I’ve been searching for a move similar to this for two weeks and it just randomly shows up on my TL lol. Had some old dude pull it on me 3 times, told me at the end of the roll “that’s old school jiu jitsu for ya.”

Might have to give this one a try tomorrow

Just tried this on my coffee table.

I love seeing catch wrestling work

This roll over the back technique also works for loading sheets of plywood into the bed of a pick up truck 😏👍

Say whatcha want about Bryce as a human or a high level fighter - dude is skilled af and knows how to grapple. He’s gonna be a fun coach for all them upcoming Arkansas boys.

The Bryce was right 👍

Catch wresting is based af

Two soldiers of God.

This is an old but effective move

Dang I wanna train… U should call that the scrrrrrrrr……the facking scrrrrrrrrrrr amble…..

Cool.

Jake imagine if Bryce is Israel and you are Palestine
