Why are we allowing and supporting and enabling this? Everyday many homeless people get high on drugs on the streets. In front of businesses and busy areas and they dont care. People give money, food and items. Harm reduction gives needles and pipes. Is a cycle that never ends or gets better. Become homeless in Denver and you can get high and destroy the community and people will love it. Is crazy what is happening #news #homeless #denver
