I know some people think these tiny homes are the future, but I honestly think it’s pathetic. I’ve seen backyard sheds that are bigger than this. Somewhere along the way we started convincing ourselves that paying hundreds of thousands of dollars for what looks like a storage unit is normal. Is this really the direction we want housing to go?

I finally tried the Smith machine. I tested every variation. I can drop down fine, but on the way up, it’s like my hips hit a wall. Like they won't open. People say it’s long femurs or ankle mobility. Maybe both. All I know is, when I push up, it’s a fight. I slowed this video down. I apologize the quality is not the best.

I’m in Cartagena, Spain. I’ve visited many places in Spain I love the beautiful architecture and food, but this city looks like it’s straight out of a war zone. What the hell happened here? This doesn’t seem like Europe at all. It’s full of Sub-Saharan migrants and Africans, with buildings falling apart?? This is worse than Gaza!!
