Sent this to my daughter that works in an upscale restaurant. 🤣🤣 So funny thing is she has issues with Gluten. Yet when she’s in France or Italy she eats all the bread they have and has zero response to the gluten.

@IV_Musketeer @1234jscot Old celtics and germanics in general are affected. By some weird coincidence is the same genetic pool that's under greater risk when taking metamizole, which is banned in the UK, some scandinavian countries, USA and Canada

There is no such thing as gluten or lactose intolerance. It's the ADDITIVES, PRESERVATIVES, ARTIFICIAL COLOURS & FLAVOURS, HERBICIDES, PESTICIDES & GLYPHOSATE THAT IS THE PROBLEM!

The type of people he's talking about are in all actuality life intolerant. They wussify everything because they are wussies.

People listing off their dietary exclusions has become the culinary equivalent of virtue signaling with pronouns. Real money says if you put "We pack extra dairy, gluten, and MSG in every dish" signs in your restaurant you'd see business actually increase.

No tomatoes please, I'm allergic. Do you have ketchup?

The USA has killed our food. It’s not the wheat, it’s what they did to it. My husband could eat wheat his whole life until about ten years ago when a burger bun almost killed him. These ‘allergies’ are real, whether you want to believe it or not. 👎🏻

Maybe if his child had Celiac Disease he would understand. He would give anything in the world to eat a piece of normal bread. We appreciate restaurants that offer GF options so he doesn’t feel excluded.

He's so right. If you have so much trouble with food, don't eat out....buy the groceries you can deal with and stay the F**K home. And gluten is only a problem for a tiny percentage of people. It only seems like a bigger deal because food manufacturers are always jumping all over the latest food fashion.

@1BanDemocrats Self-diagnosed food allergies = forcing others to use your made-up pronouns.

You are right. Designed high mai hence people with their me,me,me mentality. It’s about control not allergies

All of those people that have all of these special needs, need to stay home and eat and leave the restaurant owners alone. I get it. I was a restaurant owner.

YES and this is what sucks for those of us who are ACTUALLY celiac and can't tolerate gluten! Those idiots ruin it for the rest of us. I very rarely eat out because I can't trust someone else to cook for me and hate knowing that I am an inconvenience.

The food isn’t normal. America’s food standards have never been that high, therefore… people have to make dietary adjustments based on how many God forbidden chemicals are saturated in these products. I use to think people were crazy until I researched the food industry.

Dear Mister Chef I have full blown Celiac I do not drink Beer or any hard Alcohol because I get stomach bleeds badly when glutened so sorry I will remember and try never to eat in your establishment then if it bothers you

Tyler Oyn's profile picture

I agree with most of what he says, but some people have Celiacs Disease, and cannot process gluten. It makes them physically ill, and can last for days. People who don't eat gluten cuz it's the cool thing to do can go FK themselves, as can the other hypocrites he mentioned!!

You had me laughing!! I think a distinction should be made between actual allergy and intolerance. I have a shellfish allergy and an EpiPen.

Where is your restaurant? I will make sure not to come to it not only because I eat gluten free, dairy free, rice free and alcohol free, and have the tests and 14 of experience to show why but because you spit all over your kitchen.

Absolutely love this. So damn true. So many people have become attention whores and think that the world revolves around them. Sure, some people have actual allergies and such, but not as many that claim to these days. It has become ridiculous.

I am a celiac with a rare genetic condition that makes my body treat gluten as a POSION. It took 26 YEARS for first diagnosis and another 20 YEARS for genetic confirmation, Endless trips to the ER and malnutrition for almost 30 YEARS. F*CK this guy!

Poor baby. He needs to complain to those making everyone sick, not his customers. What’s that saying again? “Don’t bite the hand that feeds you.” That applies to him as well.
