I’ve been wanting chicken Parmesan all week, but I couldn’t get any Bell and Evans thighs. So the logical thing to do would be to thinly pound a Chuck eye steak, panko crumb it, fry it and smother it with tomato sauce and cheese. It turned out far better than chicken.
