𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐲: 𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐖𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐍𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐯𝐞 Prince Harry, once the shining light of the royal family, has now become a figure of contempt in Britain, a man who has not only turned his back on his family but, more egregiously, sold out his country. His actions over the past few years have burned every last bridge, leaving the British public with nothing but scorn for the man who once stood shoulder to shoulder with the people. The Oprah interview was the tipping point. It was here that Harry, complicit in silence, allowed Meghan Markle to imply that a member of the royal family had concerns about the skin colour of their son, Archie. The accusation was seismic, sending shockwaves through the UK. But what made this worse—what made it utterly unforgivable—was Harry’s inaction. His failure to stand up for his family while his ailing grandfather, Prince Philip, was in his final days showed a callous disregard for the pain it would cause. No matter the issues he may have had behind closed doors, to go on international television and sully the name of the institution that raised him was seen by many as nothing short of treachery. And as if the Oprah debacle wasn’t bad enough, we were later subjected to 𝘏𝘢𝘳𝘳𝘺 & 𝘔𝘦𝘨𝘩𝘢𝘯, the Netflix mockumentary thinly veiled as a love letter to themselves but in truth, a very public airing of grievances. It was here that Meghan’s mocking of the royal tradition of curtsying to Queen Elizabeth shocked us Brits. With a poorly executed theatrical bow and a laughable comparison to medieval times, she belittled a gesture that symbolises respect and duty—values the British monarchy stands for. And Harry? He smirked. His silence, again, was deafening. How could any grandson, raised in the folds of such tradition, allow his wife to mock the woman who represented so much to so many? The British people watched, aghast. That smirk—that quiet complicity—was a betrayal not just of his family, but of us, the British public who had once held him in such high regard. Queen Elizabeth, beloved and respected, was the embodiment of duty and grace, and for Harry to stand idly by as she was mocked before her passing will never be forgiven. The wound is deep, and it’s raw. Then came the memoir 𝘚𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘦. If the Netflix series was a veiled attack, 𝘚𝘱𝘢𝘳𝘦 was an all-out assault. Page after page of grievances, personal attacks on his father and brother, intimate family moments laid bare for the world to see. The British public has always respected the monarchy’s ability to keep private matters within the palace walls. Harry tore that tradition apart. And for what? A quick buck, a bit of global attention. The title of ‘spare’ may have haunted him his whole life, but now it’s clear: the role he once resented is one he’s embraced—no longer a prince, but a spare to the very values that once defined him. For us Brits, it isn’t just the content of his attacks that hurts—it’s the fact that he’s chosen to air them so publicly, so vindictively. The monarchy is not just his family; it is the backbone of British history, culture, and identity. To see it so easily discarded and vilified by one of its own is a wound that may never heal. No, Britain will not forgive Harry. The man who was once the cheeky prince with a ready smile and a heart for service has become a symbol of betrayal. He has betrayed his family, his country, and his role in history. And for that, there is no going back.

Is Election Commission of India or BJP trying to support minority TVK Vijay . A person is considered to be a Chief Minister only after: * Proving his party majority in the legislative assembly * He should be invited by the Governor for swearing in as a single majority party. * And protocols to provided only after swearing in on behalf of the honourable Governor of TN. Until that happens, it is considered to be a Governors Rule under Constitutional Article. The velumani (DGP) has no authority to assign Chief Minister-level convoy or protocol before a government is formally formed and before the Governor’s approval. TVK Vijay has not yet proven a majority in the Assembly and has not been officially announced as Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. I Personally need Sandeep Rai Rathore IPS🇮🇳 to remember something you were promoted as DGP in DMK government and appointed as first ever Commissioner of Avadi. Then as Tamil Nadu Police something went gone under you which made a very bad impression against the government (Armstrong murder) so you were removed from COP for GREATER CHENNAI POLICE -GCP . I accept that you were in UPSC DGP Panel that doesn’t mean you were not recognised by DMK so your working out of nomes to TVK. Its not a duty and a decorum of a DGP amd especially of a HOPF of TN. If Sandeep Rai Rathore IPS🇮🇳 is so much affectionate with Vijay let him go and join as a Personal security to Him. As a tax payer i have the right to question how can my money be spent for CM security with him being acknowledged only to show the DGP wisdom can he do this is Amit Shah Sleeping. I urge गृहमंत्री कार्यालय, HMO India to look into this matter and take appropriate action if any rules or protocols have been violated.

If you ever wondered what level of desperation the british press is at when it comes to seeing Prince William acknowledge Harry publicly, look no further than how they are salivating and extrapolating at a simple mention of the name "Harry" by William🤭🤦🏽‍♀️ In a new trailer for his Homeward documentary which will air this Wednesday on ITV, Prince William mentioned how his mother inspired his work on homelessness saying: "My mother took me to the Passage, she took Harry and I both there. I'd never been to anything like that before and I was a bit anxious as to what to expect"🔥 "My mother went about her usual part of making everyone feel relaxed and having a joke with everyone...I remember having some good conversation, playing chess and chatting. You meet people, like I did then, who put a different perspective in your head."❤️ A beautiful quote that has now been hijacked by the press who latched onto the name "harry" mentioned publicly for the first time in 6 years. And now an olive tree somewhere seem to have lost a branch🤡 And now the ex royal butler is on TV wondering how long they have been facetiming behind doors🤡 Soon, we will hear how Harry has moved to adelaide cottage with W&C🤡 What is very interesting here, is how effective William's silence has been. By refusing to engage in any sort of way in the drama, William has starved both H&m and the british press of the drama they craved😏 The question here is Why would William airbrush Harry out of his past? He has proven he does not hold any grudge against Harry. In fact, we saw that He still has pictures of him and harry is still the brother who went to the homeless charity with Diana and William. That is an actual fact. So it would be extremely small to airbrush Harry out of a story that involved him. It is rather Harry who is small and petty and who wiped William out of Invictus when William helped set it up and was involved in more pertinent ways than Harry, simply out of Jealousy🤷🏽‍♀️ However, the Homeward Doc is not about Harry but rather about contextualising how Diana influenced BOTH of her sons toward being sensitive to Homelessness. Yet, out of both sons, ONLY WILLIAM decided to do something about it🔥 THAT is the big reveal here. Diana exposed both sons but Only one was impacted enough and cared enough to decide to make a difference toward Homelessness❤️ This is the work that the documentary will highlight. Not any brotherly relationship or olive branch or facetiming between H and W🤡 A rather interesting highlight was learning how George, Charlotte and Louis are already aware of the problem of homelessness the UK faces. Prince William introduced the topic saying that when he was younger and Diana took his brother and him on school runs, he would wonder about the homeless on the streets: "When you are that small, you are just curious and trying to work out what's going on," "You ask the question 'why are they sitting there?' My mother would talk to us a bit about why they were there and it definitely made a really big impact."❤️ Indeed, it made a big impact enough to galvanise him into working with the homeless charity for 19 years and today, creating housing and a rehabilitation system, supported by local agencies, to help solve the issue🥺 In 1993, his mother introduced him to a cause he will carry in life. Today, 31 years later and a father himself, it is William's turn to teach his children about who the people sleeping on the side of the streets are: "The first few times I thought 'do I bring this up or should I wait to see if they notice? Sure enough, they did. They were sort of in silence when I said what was going on."🔥 Our first teachers in life are our Parents. Children look up to parents for guidance in life. Thus, It is reassuring to know that W&C are raising well balanced children taught to show care and compassion to others and above all, to help and serve the british public❤️☕️ 📹ITVx

Concerns Raised Over Managerial Conduct at Equity Bank There appears to be growing concerns among staff regarding the conduct of a senior credit officer, with allegations of unprofessional behaviour surfacing across multiple instances. Reports from employees suggest that workplace tensions have been escalating, with claims of hostility, intimidation, and, in some cases, near-physical confrontations. Despite complaints purportedly being raised through internal channels, some sources indicate that no substantive action has been taken, leading to speculation about whether internal oversight mechanisms are being effectively applied. According to accounts from individuals familiar with the situation, the officer in question has allegedly developed a reputation for dismissing grievances brought against him, reportedly claiming that complaints will not lead to any consequences. Some employees believe that his confidence in avoiding disciplinary measures stems from support within the bank’s hierarchy, though no official confirmation of such protections exists. The latest alleged incident, captured on video, appears to show him expelling credit staff from a meeting over a five-minute delay, with reports suggesting that the employees had encountered transport disruptions due to planned demonstrations along Thika Road. Despite what some describe as a reasonable explanation for their lateness, he is said to have refused to engage in any discussion, instead instructing them to leave the meeting. Following the incident, affected employees are believed to have escalated their grievances to the relevant departments, but there are claims that the matter was not meaningfully addressed. Some staff now suggest that this lack of intervention has emboldened the officer, with reports emerging that his interactions with both colleagues and customers have become increasingly strained. One particularly concerning account describes an alleged confrontation on 25 January 2025, when he is said to have berated a client seeking assistance, along with the security personnel accompanying them. Witnesses claim that when customer service supervisors attempted to intervene, the situation escalated into a heated verbal exchange, drawing attention from other clients in the branch. "Hi Nyakundi. Hide my identity. There is this Equity Bank Credit Manager stationed at Kariobangi Branch by the name James Gakundi. The guy has been so unprofessional in dealing with staff and has even gone to the extent of almost engaging fellow staff in fistfights; it's been his mode of operation even from previous branches he has worked at. The guy seems to have a godfather because all the incidents are reported, and no action has ever been taken against him, and he even boasts about it, saying even if you report him to anybody within the ranks, there is nothing that will be done. On this particular video, he is pushing the credit staff out of the meeting for being 5 minutes late without listening to the reasons behind their lateness. The subject staff stay along Thika Road, and this specific day, the Gen Zs had planned for riots; hence there were matatus on the road. The guys tried their best to get to the office, but he became unruly and pushed them out as per the video. This incident was reported to the relevant departments, but since he has people who support him, the case never got resolved. However, he now became very sarcastic and bullish to the staff, with pride that no matter where you report him, nothing will ever be done to him. This is a corporate institution, but the guy has made it look like a casual mjengo organization where he threatens and intimidates staff and even customers. On 25th January 2025, he was harassing a customer who had visited his office for an inquiry together with the security lady who had accompanied the client to show her the office; when the customer service supervisors interjected, he blew out with noise and unruliness, prompting the clients who were in the office to interject. Is this the way Equity Managers are supposed to handle both staff and clients in this era of mental health awareness? Kindly expose this to the public."

PREVIEW: I was invited to a press preview of Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced in Paris, back in April, as I previously mentioned, and I played ~3 hours🚀 Here are my impressions: 🎞️Visuals & Performance: being a remake, the visuals are quite well upgraded, making the most of modern tech and the beauty of the setting, creating a breathtaking atmosphere ✅Stunning environment ✅Dreamy natural beauty & grounded world ✅Photorealistic character models ✅Smooth animations ✅Sharp resolution ✅Runs at 60fps 🕹️Gameplay & Upgrades: The game is a faithful remake, with new gameplay systems, along with enhancements to the original formula ✅New gameplay systems ✅Faithfulness is the main priority ✅Enhanced parkour (still faithful) ✅Manual jumps and side ejects ✅Seamless exploration of cities ✅Zip-lines added ✅Dynamic weather ✅Brand new content expanding narrative ✅Quests with new secrets ✅Original modern day replace with rifts ✅Rifts explore “what if” scenarios ✅6 hours of extra gameplay ✅3 new recruitable officers ✅New storylines for the new officers ✅New chapter to play as Robert Mena ✅Extended endings for iconic characters ✅Hideout side quests ✅New collectibles ✅Forts modernized with new content ✅New voice lines for activities ✅New islands with rewarding secrets ✅New world moments ✅New content for the hideout ✅History of the villa explored ✅Heated shots new naval weapon in seq 3 ✅Explosive fire barrels w/wider effect ✅Swivel gun can now be manually aimed ✅Rebuilt combat system rewarding to skill ✅No skill trees, all unlocks from the start ✅Enemies now have defense meter ✅Meter is depleted with a perfect parry ✅New perfect parry depends on weapon ✅Heavy strike (high damage/wide area) ✅Shove to wall/ground > new take downs ✅Stealth inspired by Shadows ✅Crouch option added ✅Visibility affected by day/night & weather ✅Whistle/breaking things blow your cover ✅Rope dart unlocks in sequence 3 ✅Ambient dialogue leads to new quests ✅Raise and lower your hood option The new enhancements make the game far more entertaining compared to the original, except for one controversial change of bit having Hidden Blade combat, except in stealth assassinations/take downs Everything else effectively elevates the original design and makes gameplay either feel just as good, or more refined 🧬Changes: with this remake comes a few elements that were removed from the original, which may upset some players ✅Menus have been revamped and they don’t feature the DNA sequence tracker ✅Difficulty can be tailored with much more detail from the menu ✅Switch between and choose your favorite Sea Shanties to be performed by your crew ✅No hidden blade combat. The Hidden Blade is mainly used for stealth take-downs ✅No present day segments. I was informed that it will be replaced with new moments that explore Edward’s past with his wife, along with some “what if” scenarios like Edward siding with the Templars, for example, likely related to Juno’s involvement in the original narrative 📜Thoughts: While the demo I played featured only a portion of the map, Resynced has potential to replace the original as the definitive experience of Edward Kenway’s story I also wasn’t able to experience any of Rifts that replace the modern day, so for me, as a fan of the series’ lore and present day since 2007, the absence of a traditional modern day is the only let down that prevents me from fully replacing the original with it, as present day and sci-do elements are the DNA of the franchise and what makes it stand out It would also be great if mission replay is added later, a feature the OG had by default, like its predecessors That said, everything else very much elevated what was in the original, which made going back to replay it show how dated it feels by comparison I look forward to the final game, and to see future games inherit this formula of a defined protagonist, focused progression and no RPG elements😎

Never Knew This 🇺🇸🙏🇺🇸 The teenager working as a theater usher wasn't supposed to amount to much. He'd already dropped out of high school. He was sweeping up popcorn and tearing tickets when the news broke over the radio on December 7, 1941. Japan had bombed Pearl Harbor. Within weeks, he walked into a Marine Corps recruitment office and enlisted. Boot camp at New River, North Carolina broke him down and rebuilt him from scratch. He came out the other side leaner, harder, and assigned to the 2nd Marine Division — one of the most battle-tested units in the entire Pacific Theater. By mid-1942, his unit was training in Samoa. Everyone knew what was coming. On August 7, 1942, American forces launched their first major offensive against Japan — storming the beaches of a remote jungle island in the Solomon Islands called Guadalcanal. Military planners expected a quick victory. Instead, they walked into six months of savage, suffocating combat. Japanese forces counterattacked. A severe, life-threatening complication of malaria, blackwater fever causes red blood cells to rupture inside the body. Victims develop violent chills, raging fever, jaundice, and eventually kidney failure. The urine turns dark — almost black — as the body begins destroying itself from within. In the 1940s, without modern treatment, surviving it was considered extraordinary. Donald should not have made it. He was evacuated to a Navy hospital in Wellington, New Zealand, where he spent over a year fighting to live. There were days he couldn't stand. Days he couldn't eat. Days when the line between alive and gone felt impossibly thin. Against every expectation, he recovered. He returned to duty, was promoted to Corporal, and spent the remainder of the war as a Marine Drill Instructor — shaping the next generation of Marines with the same precision that had once been drilled into him. He was an expert marksman. He was honorably discharged in 1945. He'd married a nightclub singer named Adelaide Adams. They had daughters to feed and bills to pay and a future that wasn't at all guaranteed. He started doing stand-up. Then, to get called earlier at alphabetical auditions, he adopted his wife's last name professionally. Donald Yarmy became Don Adams. In 1954, he won on Arthur Godfrey's Talent Scouts, cracking open the door to television. Through the late 1950s and early 1960s, he appeared on The Ed Sullivan Show, The Steve Allen Show, and developed a lovably incompetent detective character that kept making audiences roar. Then in 1965, producers Mel Brooks and Buck Henry came calling. They were creating a spy spoof for NBC — a comedic takedown of Cold War paranoia and James Bond glamour. They needed someone to play Maxwell Smart, Agent 86, a bumbling secret agent who somehow always saved the day despite himself. Don Adams was born for the role. Get Smart premiered September 18, 1965, and became a cultural phenomenon almost overnight. Three Emmy Awards followed - 1967, 1968, 1969 — for Outstanding Performance. Later, a whole new generation of children would fall in love with his voice as the accident-prone Inspector Gadget, the bumbling cartoon detective who somehow always triumphed. They laughed without knowing anything about Guadalcanal. They just knew the voice made them happy. He never made his military service the centerpiece of his identity. Don Adams passed away on September 25, 2005, at age 82, from a lung infection. He was buried at Hollywood Forever Cemetery in Los Angeles, surrounded by the legends of an industry he'd helped define. It's in every person who still smiles when they hear "Would you believe..?" It's in every child who grew up watching Inspector Gadget and had no idea they were laughing at a warrior. It's in the quiet dignity of a man who faced death in a jungle at 18, came home with nothing, and built something beautiful anyway. Private Donald Yarmy survived when he shouldn't have. Don Adams made sure it meant something beautiful.

Nigel Farage and his Speculative Security Things we know: 1) a few weeks ago, the Guardian dropped a smouldering grenade into the Farage campsite with their revelation that he had 'forgotten' to declare the paltry sum of £5M, given to him by Chakrit Sakunkrit [Christopher Harborne] — Thai businessman and crypto magnate. 2) Farage regularly 'forgets' to declare income from his myriad jobs outside Parliament. In the last reporting period he 'forgot' 17 outside jobs totalling around £385,000. His excuse. “I don't do computers”. 3) there are already donations and gifts missing from his last register update — see The Finance Guy for more on that. Things we've been told: a) the £5M was an unconditional gift. b) the £5M was a reward for Brexit. c) the £5M was to pay for his security — for life. Let's focus on the security aspect because, I believe, Farage is trying to construct a counterfactual and has been caught lying. Again. In October of 2025, Zia Yusuf, Satan's Head Boy, was sent cross all media outlets — and I do mean all of them — to talk about the government's removal of some of Nigel's security costs; up to 75% if you believe Yusuf. What has never been made clear about this claim are, one, if it actually happened, and two, if it did, what sums of cash were being forfeited? There are two videos below. One in which Zia Yusuf took to 𝕏 on October 1st 2025, in a very earnest fashion to make claims about his best friend's safety where he stated at one point, that if Farage was killed, he would blame Keir Starmer. Yikes! He talks about donors stepping up at that point to cover the security costs for Farage. The second video is the one which contradicts Yusuf. From BBC Newsnight earlier this month when Farage states that he was given the £5M back in 2024 as: “an unconditional, non-political, personal gift. And it will ensure I can be safe for the rest of my life.” So. Two things are clearly jumping out at me from these statements. Firstly, lies are being told by Yusuf and/or Farage. Secondly, in the BBC video, he makes the claim that the 'gift' is non-political but to protect him … as a politician. To me, this is definitive proof that he's lying about the donation. If he received this money in 2024 for a lifetime of private security, then why the need for 'donors to step up' and pay for it again in Oct. 2025? Which is it? Neither, I'd suggest. I think the entire thing is a shonky counterfactual, hastily cobbled together to cover up the fact that he's been caught out pocketing millions in undeclared donations. Thanks to Jim Nauseum 2.0 and Chris S for the video and nudge, respectively. I have supplied a new branch of questions that our broadcasters can put to Reform UK MPs. I hope that they do. Have a lovely sunny Friday. ☺️

So much of my time here I have spend dreaming. Dreaming for the day that has now arrived. For years I spend my days grinding to fulfill a promise made by a 25 year old right after having the biggest night of his life. Midnight夏季Breeze sold out in 30 minutes. And for someone who had less then 5000$ in the bank, suddenly making 1.5 million dollars was kind of insane. Euphoric I said "v2 will come for those who hold a breeze" Little did I know how much that single promise would affect my life. I have spend majority of my late 20s painting this world. And been very critical of what this space is about. I wanted to be a voice you could rely on. Someone that shows up, is approachable, but also be the change I'd want to see. Everyday looked the same for me, make coffee, walk dog, turn on pc, paint until dinner, walk the dog again. I sometimes quite literally went insane. The pressure was high. I had to make this project real. And there was always so much to do. Art direct, animate, color grade , composite, 3d , sound effects , music, development, management like countless hats to wear all the time. The Vision however, called me. There was no way I was gonna give up, or quit. Though every vibre in me wanted to. My health , my personal life, they demanded it. But I did not stop. And that persistence has let to today. It has let to an industry that doesn't care. A timeline that can only talk about something if its $ related. And a world that is more chaotic then ever before. And amidst it all, I fulfilled my promise. Fragments of the Lonely Road is here. And I do not think you will ever understand what it means. But, I do know, that this art. This project. This vision. It has been worth it. So now, if you made it all the way down here. I want you to rally. I want you to make noise. I want you to share with the world what this is about. I want you to be the storm that says, "shit can be different". And I will be the wave, and show, why that's the case. GM. STAY BREEZY AND... (you say it in the comments!)

“A lie unchecked becomes the truth.” Where have we heard that before? If Hank Brennan’s inflammatory claims about the defense & the ARCCA experts were true and accurate, why were NONE of those issues raised or even mentioned in his Motion to Exclude ARCCA Experts, or any court documents whatsoever? He stated that he received that information on February 13, 2025, nearly a week before Tuesday’s motions hearing, but you’re telling me that this guy wasn’t chomping at the bit to put ANY of this in a motion? Sure—and I’ve got a bridge to sell you. Why did Brennan file no affidavit of factual support, pursuant to Rule 13(a)(2) outlining any of these damning claims? Maybe because then he’d be bound under the pains & penalties of perjury which would make it much harder for him to hide behind “I misspoke” when his lies are confronted by the truth. Furthermore, if Brennan’s oh so damning claims of impropriety were true, then surely he would’ve included them in his Motion for Sanctions on the Defense, right? Especially given the fact that he filed his sanctions motion with the court (on 2/14/25) AFTER he’d already received said damning information (on 2/13/25), and from the defense themselves no less 😂. Certainly, if Brennan’s claims were true, and not him trying to distract & obfuscate from the mountain of Brady violations the prosecution is drowning in by playing to “the audience on the right,” there’s absolutely no chance he’d leave that information out of his Motion for Sanctions, but yet it is nowhere to be found. Why’s that? This was a blatant PR stunt by Hank Brennan & the DA’s Office to smear the integrity of the defense attorneys while planting the seed that ARCCA is not a neutral party. And guess what? They got what they wanted. Judge Beverly Cannone yet again revealed her bias and partiality—eating up every morsel of Hank Brennan’s unsubstantiated say-so, which is curiously outlined in NO court documents whatsoever by the Commonwealth. She piped up the theatrics without asking any questions or allowing the defense to respond or be heard. There are rules of criminal procedure for a reason and prosecutors have ethical obligations. Hank Brennan has repeatedly failed to abide by MA Rules of Criminal Procedure, specifically Rule 13(a)(2), obligating him to file an affidavit of factual support, which in part exists to keep attorneys honest & hold them accountable to the truth. This, of course, is why he rarely files them. On a side note: speaking of affidavits, you know who’s never submitted any affidavits, signed & sworn to under the pains and penalties of perjury? Jessica Hyde and Ian Whiffin. On the contrary, Richard Green has submitted at least 4 affidavits. The entire objective of Brennan’s PR stunt on Tuesday was to taint the jury pool by trying to make the defense attorneys look as sleazy as him so that any potential jurors will be less inclined to believe what the defense says, and attack the integrity of the ARCCA experts because he can’t meet them on the facts & they destroy his case. And much of the local + mainstream news media bought it hook, line & sinker. Nearly every headline is running with Brennan’s unverified word salad. It’s in the press & news media, and potential jurors have seen it. The damage is done, and because Judge Cannone was seemingly complicit in this charade of theatrics, she allowed Brennan’s lie to go unchecked. She’s seen no affidavit from him signed under the pains & penalties of perjury showing factual support of anything he said on Tuesday. So why is she so inclined to believe him? With a Judge so eager to indict Attorney Alan Jackson, Karen Read & her defense team for seemingly inexplicable personal reasons, based on nothing more than a hyperbolic emotional argument—which as it turns out was later revealed to be entirely false & inaccurate during that same hearing—and based on no real argument elaborated anywhere in any court documents by the Commonwealth, Judge Cannone confirmed once again that she lacks judicial temperament & is unfit to be presiding over this case. Judge Cannone is supposed to protect Karen Read’s right to a fair trial. Instead, she’s ensuring that Karen Read will never get a fair trial. Do you think any media outlets are going to issue retractions when Alan Jackson/defense counsel is absolved? Of course not! And by that point, the damage has already been done. Judge Cannone left the casual observer + news audience with a very prejudicial impression of the defense, seeking no follow up and affording no due process for the defense to be heard. A lie unchecked becomes the truth, and Judge Cannone knew that allowing Hank Brennan’s lie to go unchecked for a week would be extremely damaging to the defense in the lead up to trial. Why is she so apt to believe that defense counsel is somehow nefarious or dishonest when 3,000+ pages of Touhy evidence provided by the ongoing federal investigation—into THIS DA’s Office and THESE third party culprits—exposed an overwhelming number of the Commonwealth’s lies and verified that this is factually a malicious prosecution? Touhy evidence that only verified and corroborated the veracity of the defense and its case. ———— But, don’t take my word for it. Look at Hank Brennan’s own words in his Motion to Exclude ARCCA Experts and his Motion for Sanctions (attached below in comments). Let me know where, if anywhere, you find any of these damning claims (hint: you won’t). Look at the docket of all recent filings (attached) and let me know where, if anywhere, you see any affidavit of factual support for Brennan’s ARCCA expert exclusion argument that he made Tuesday (hint: you won’t). And it’s not due to lack of time, as he had nearly a week to file any of this information in a court document. Yet, he chose not to do that. What does that tell you? But let me get this straight, Judge Cannone has grave concern that could have profound effects on the defense and defense counsel? What a disgrace. #KarenReadTrial #KarenRead
