You’re misleading a lot of people. The club is in fact being held as security for the bank loans. Also update your balances.

Finallyy someone's saying it out loud. Private Equity would be the death of football.

This is good video, you stuck to the facts rather than give your opinion, good work.

@mineralsfc Pav, thank you so much man. I knew a lot already, but this broke it down for me so much more. We’re all behind you. Keep exposing the truth behind the curtains. Really recommend you reaching out to the media. During the off season period, things will go quiet. We need your voice

@guccivuitondon Can you point out all the hypocrisy in the club model. Like wanting world class young talent but every time there’s a world class young talent like donnarumma they didn’t even try to bid and he went for 20-30 million.

Eghbali @ebehdad, you're screwed mate. Lol. You bought the wrong club. Sell @ChelseaFC now or you and Clearlake are going down with it. #EghbaliOut #BlueCoOut

Awesome video, mate. They're in trouble, and their SDs are making it worse for them by teaming up with Joe Shields to enrich their agent friends, rather than sigh players who can help the team win.

@pavisback Great video; however, you missed an important discovery made by @bobbyfairview: the 1.6 billion used to buy Chelsea was not equity but private credit. Which also has to be paid back, so on top of everything we have 3.8 billion dollars in debt; otherwise, great video.

@bobbyfairview Damn. I was referring to the debt as part of the ownership structure/business model but very good to keep in mind. Thank you!

When U decided to do bring business to football it fails badly, because your main concern is profect of what U invested and not focusing on football.

Grwat stuff - Cant wait for Nizaar's next brown envelope (trying miserably) to discredit this video.

The most unforgivable aspect of this is the way the SD’s were allowed to waste last summer window and weaken rather than strengthen the playing squad to consolidate success. Plus whoever helped frustrate the coach Enzo Maresca and send him packing mid season should be fired 😡

Good vid mate. Assume that the bank loans will just get refinanced next year on inferior terms. I assumed they would have had a clear Stamford Bridge plan upon acquisition of the club - so much value capture potential. I was wrong.

Awesome Video Mate!! Explains a lot, very informative, can you please do a deep dive in Everton , with TFG take over from the Moshiri era , and what were the dynamics played out around that transaction, especially with the other bidders that had showed interest in the deal.

Good video and explanation. One thing I caught is that top clubs always have "football first" as their priority in order to be successfull. Win 🏆. Hopefully Eghbali/Boehly take a leaf out of how top clubs who are successfull are run & not copy how mid-level clubs are run which they have been.

Great video. Well measured and informative. Would be interesting to know the consequences say if Chelsea don’t improve much over next couple of seasons e.g not generating enough to pay back loans due to poor league placements. What could happen if the debt continues to rise?

Selling the club to those American private equity was a very big mistake.
