He rode Golden Tempo to victory! He had a Puerto Rican flag with him and for those of you who don’t know, Puerto Rican people are the proudest people you’ll ever meet. And they will take that flag to the moon if they can. Also, Cherie DeVaux is the trainer who won! She trained Golden Tempo, the winning horse.
