This woman lost 260 pounds eating in a calorie deficit — and now she’s sharing her high-protein Greek-inspired chicken skewers with homemade tzatziki. She layers ground chicken with veggies between tortillas, skewers them, air fries them until crispy, and makes a high-protein sauce to go with it. Looks delicious and way better than takeout. Would you try these?

This guy lost over 150 pounds eating simple, fresh meals like these. He’s making 150 calorie Chicken Summer Rolls packed with seasoned chicken, crisp veggies, avocado, and fresh herbs, all wrapped in rice paper and dipped in a quick spicy sriracha sauce. They’re light, crunchy, and super satisfying — especially when the weather starts heating up. Would you try making these? Full detailed recipe in the comments if you want it!
