Ever have stuffed hot dogs? Boil the dogs, halve them, fill with mashed potatoes, top with cheddar cheese, bake in oven until cheese is melted. Growing up mom used instant potatoes and velveeta, but I’ve upgraded the recipe to beef hot dogs, real taters, and real cheese. 😊
