Stop 🛑 ruining potato salad with heavy mayo! This Greek version is the ONLY way I’m making it from now on. 🍋🌿 Fresh lemon, garlic, Greek oregano, and plenty of herbs. It’s light, zesty, and honestly better the next day. Perfect for picnics since it doesn't need to stay chilled! 🧺✨ I made a few tweaks to Chef Greg's recipe and it’s basically a religious experience. Out of our three-week #honeymoon, our day in #Bonaire was one of the best. We arrived in the morning and had some time to explore the port area and do a bit of souvenir shopping. Before noon, we went for our excursion: canoeing on the turquoise blue sea and snorkelling to the stunning Bonaire reef with its vibrant corals and tropical fish. The time on the water was absolutely fantastic. We were both in awe of how transparent the water was and the breathtaking shades of blue it displayed. Upon arriving at the beach, we put on our snorkelling equipment and dove in with excitement. It was an incredible adventure, and we both loved every moment of it. We finished the afternoon with a chilled fresh coconut with rum 🥥🍹

Today marks four years to the day Russia invaded Ukraine. Last year I visited the site of a heinous Russian massacre in Ukraine - I visited an apartment block at Shevchenka Avenue in Dobropillya less than 48 hours after Russia hit it with Iskander-M ballistic missile. The Russians waited for first responders to arrive before sending a second Iskander-M ballistic missile and raining the area with Tornado-S MLRS cluster munitions. 11 dead, 47 wounded. All civilians. I walked through the shattered burnt out apartments and it chilled me to bone. You could still see Orthodox prayer icons on the walls of some of the flats covered in shrapnel. I found a set of burned children’s playing cards in the rubble and picked up a fragment of the missile shell casing from one of the craters. Will never forget the atrocity. I will always support Ukraine.

#VRA has been bombarded with FUD posters for the past few days and we have seen the price of $VRA drop considerably. However you need to understand that Verasity | PLRL is going to continue to work on its business regardless of FUD, regardless of short term price action. It’s a player in a massive market of tens of thousands of different crypto token projects. It has to compete within the market and attract investors who see the potential for long term growth. This happens over time and we are not a project that has paid influencers shilling the token every few weeks so despite the recent FUD and despite the volatility in the market VRA staking is still remarkably full with only 0.5% available capacity at this moment. This shows that “Long Term” holders are still sticking with #VRA and are not going anywhere . They are patient and will allow the team to continue developing the project and growing their client base and delivering on the road map. The Tokenomics which is still the main source of FEAR UNCERTAINTY and DOUBT will eventually be resolved in a matter of weeks as we have been told thar testing continues with the new POV token chain and we will soon go into BETA Testing the new chain for POV. What we can guarantee is that over the coming months there will be more token burns further reducing the tradable supply and there will be more development of the business and as the market rebounds once again so will $VRA price. Step into almost any county in the area, and you may come across a temple, pagoda, or mural that has survived a thousand years. East Asia's Oldest Paleolithic Site? It is home to one of the earliest known Paleolithic sites in East Asia, dating back approximately 1.8 million years. Some European studies even suggest that the site may be more than 2.4 million years old. Salt Lake City, meet your Chinese twin Yuncheng is home to a salt lake spanning roughly 154 square kilometers, with a salt-harvesting history stretching back some 4,000 years. This summer, a punishing heatwave has swept across Europe, while much of China has also been gripped by prolonged high temperatures. Against this backdrop, an unusual cooling system that sends a fine mist drifting down from above has captured nationwide attention. According to the property developer, the system was officially put into operation in August 2024. Each building, 100 meters tall, is equipped with more than 200 high-pressure misting nozzles installed along the rooftop. The fine droplets absorb heat as they evaporate, helping to lower the surrounding temperature. The system enters regular operation each June, with a single cycle lasting about 10 minutes. My colleagues took on-site measurements. Before the system kicked in, the ground temperature within the complex had climbed to 44 degrees Celsius. Once the system began operating, clouds of fine spray descended from above. Children opened umbrellas and played in the artificial "rain." After the spraying cycle ended, measurements showed that the ground temperature had fallen to around 33 degrees Celsius, while the temperature within the mist-covered area dropped significantly, turning a sweltering afternoon into something noticeably cooler and far more comfortable environment. According to the property management, the operating costs are fully covered by the community's shared property-management budget, meaning residents pay nothing extra. The system draws on ordinary tap water. Because the droplets are so fine, most of the water evaporates before it ever reaches the ground. Kaifeng is also renowned for its watermelons. This year's bumper harvest, however, has left some local growers struggling to find enough buyers. In response, several theme parks have stepped in to purchase large quantities of local watermelons in bulk. The initiative helps farmers expand their sales channels, and allows the parks to hand out thousands of kilograms of free watermelon to visitors each day, offering a refreshing respite from the summer heat. From mist raining down on rooftops, to icy drinks pressed into the hands of delivery riders, to free watermelons handed out by the truckload-different cities, one shared answer.
