Stop 🛑 ruining potato salad with heavy mayo! This Greek version is the ONLY way I’m making it from now on. 🍋🌿 Fresh lemon, garlic, Greek oregano, and plenty of herbs. It’s light, zesty, and honestly better the next day. Perfect for picnics since it doesn't need to stay chilled! 🧺✨ I made a few tweaks to Chef Greg's recipe and it’s basically a religious experience. Who wants the specs? 🙋

Out of our three-week #honeymoon, our day in #Bonaire was one of the best. We arrived in the morning and had some time to explore the port area and do a bit of souvenir shopping. Before noon, we went for our excursion: canoeing on the turquoise blue sea and snorkelling to the stunning Bonaire reef with its vibrant corals and tropical fish. The time on the water was absolutely fantastic. We were both in awe of how transparent the water was and the breathtaking shades of blue it displayed. Upon arriving at the beach, we put on our snorkelling equipment and dove in with excitement. It was an incredible adventure, and we both loved every moment of it. We finished the afternoon with a chilled fresh coconut with rum 🥥🍹

But Who’s this guy?” “Sachin” Later I remember the 1st q I asked him, “Parel me Aaj traffic bahut tha na” 🥲 Gave him this book. Played an F1 simulator together. Played a round of paintball target practice. He was very good. Also met Arjun, who was a bratty teenager then. SRT was incredibly down to earth, not in that pretend-modest way, but genuinely chilled out. No fuss. In fact was instructing Arjun to be less impatient & cooperate. Signed two books for me. One of which I gave to my roomie. My pilgrimage was complete :) Happy 50th birthday to #God

Today marks four years to the day Russia invaded Ukraine. Last year I visited the site of a heinous Russian massacre in Ukraine - I visited an apartment block at Shevchenka Avenue in Dobropillya less than 48 hours after Russia hit it with Iskander-M ballistic missile. The Russians waited for first responders to arrive before sending a second Iskander-M ballistic missile and raining the area with Tornado-S MLRS cluster munitions. 11 dead, 47 wounded. All civilians. I walked through the shattered burnt out apartments and it chilled me to bone. You could still see Orthodox prayer icons on the walls of some of the flats covered in shrapnel. I found a set of burned children’s playing cards in the rubble and picked up a fragment of the missile shell casing from one of the craters. Will never forget the atrocity. I will always support Ukraine.
