This “doctor” deserves to be famous for the gross negligence she has shown to patients. Dr Windell Boutte practiced aesthetic surgery and dermatology in Lilburn, Georgia. Icilma Cornelius wanted a “glow up” for her wedding. She had Botox and some fillers but was persuaded to have a tummy tuck and lipo by Dr Boutte. Dr Boutte was only certified in dermatology. Not surgery. During the 8 hour operation, Icilma had a heart attack. Not only could Dr Boutte not handle medical emergencies, some of her staff were not even medically qualified and the elevator was too small to take Icilma’s stretcher. The delays resulted in Icilma suffering brain damage. She became completely dependent on her son who was her full time carer until she died 7 years later. This is not the first such case for Dr Boutte, a doctor who has posted videos of herself with medical instruments in hand, dancing around patients on the operating table. She has had 28 medical malpractice lawsuits, a “record” according to her insurance company. She had her license revoked by the medical board in Georgia but it is reported that she moved to Texas and worked at a medical spa, Eden Med Spa under the name Catherine Davis (her middle and maiden names). On the set of Star Wars, she and Harrison Ford were handed dialogue that simply could not be spoken aloud. She described telling George Lucas: "You can type this, but you cannot say it. It'll take a couple of minutes for the nava computer to calculate the coordinates." She said it took 20 takes. Out of self-defence, she started reworking lines. Ford did the same. That habit eventually turned into a career doing punchup for major Hollywood films, helping writers fix dialogue that looked good on the page but died in the room. And then there was the work she wrote for her mother, Debbie Reynolds. Two television pilots, neither of which ever aired. Her reason for wanting to work with her mother is one of the more honest things ever said about family dynamics in Hollywood. "The main thing I want to do is work with my mom so that we don't have to have those Christmas dinners anymore. Just have a job with her and you can order her around." From what I can tell, I didn't see much grieving at all. I just saw a trash mother waving money around for photos with a grin on her face as wide as the sun at her own kid's funeral. This whole ordeal is sickening. All she had to do was not steal, and try to run over a cop. Her poor doomed child would possibly still be alive, but I hate to think of how it would have turned out for him. It's baffling how a lot of folks are missing that point.

Candace deleted this video off every platform. It was the first podcast she did with PragerU. Now why would she want this particular video taken down right after Charlie died? It was up in Sept. I watched the entire video. Now it's gone. This is why Charlie didn't want to deal with the wrath of Candace. Just remember while watching the video the look on Charlie's face while she says it. Can you imagine her calling him up in the middle of the night crying, yelling and screaming at him like a raging lunatic? Also, remember she wouldn't go to the events and hang out with the students. A lot of the times she wouldn't show at all. She would demand to be taken back to the hotel immediately after any of the events. The hurt and the angst I believe came from Erika showing up on the scene. Notice how she tries to make it Charlie and Candace and everyone ties their names together. She was trying to make that connection as something between them. Then later in the video she jokes that everyone thought that her and Charlie were dating and people were disappointed to learn that they weren't a couple.
