Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito said the 2022 Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization case, which overturned Roe v. Wade, required “courage” from all of the justices in the majority. "We didn't know it when we produced the draft that was leaked, but it required courage to go ahead with that because of the implications," he said. He told CBS News' Jan Crawford that he lost friends over the Dobbs decision. And he called physical threats and harassment "quite disturbing" and "a danger for the courts."

Last month, we refurbished 10 tennis courts in Crotona Park — the only public tennis courts in the Bronx with lights for night play. We stopped by recently to see how things were going. Thank you to New York Junior Tennis & Learning, USTA and Yonex Tennis for helping us deliver high-quality public spaces that New Yorkers deserve.

Two hearts, one quiet moment, and a love they couldn’t hide ❤️🏳️‍🌈. These two nurses thought they had a private moment in the hospital 🏥—until their colleague walked in and froze in shock. 😳💕 I love the confusion as well as shock on the colleagues face.

NEWLY RELEASED BODY-CAM FOOTAGE: Police Find 18-Year-Old Soccer Player, Karoline Jordyn Heintz, Dead in Jeep CALIFORNIA, Pa. — An 18-year-old Pennsylvania man is facing a homicide charge in the stabbing death of his girlfriend, 18-year-old Karoline Jordyn Heintz, whose body was found in the rear hatch of her Jeep Cherokee near the California Borough Public Library on Aug. 20. Heintz, of Peters Township, had recently graduated from high school and was preparing to begin her freshman year at PennWest California, where she was a member of the women's soccer team. Her family became concerned after she left home the night of Aug. 19 and did not return to campus. An Apple AirTag helped investigators locate her Jeep shortly after midnight. California Borough officers found blood on the vehicle and discovered Heintz's body inside. A preliminary examination identified stab wounds, according to testimony later presented in court. The Washington County coroner's office responded to the scene. Pennsylvania State Police charged Royce Joel Moser, 18, of North Strabane Township, with criminal homicide and related offenses, including tampering with evidence, abuse of a corpse, conspiracy and obstruction. Heintz went to Moser's home in North Strabane Township on Aug. 19. Moser became angry during a conversation with Heintz in her vehicle, retrieved a knife from his home and stabbed her. He placed her body in the Jeep's rear hatch and drove toward his mother's residence in Beallsville. Moser's mother, Rachel E. Moser, 56, is accused of helping conceal evidence. She faces charges including hindering apprehension, tampering with evidence, abuse of a corpse, conspiracy, obstruction and criminal use of a communication facility. A knife recovered from a garbage bag at Rachel Moser's residence contained DNA matching Heintz. Both defendants were held without bail in Washington County Jail. On Sept. 1, Judge Charles Tenny held both cases for court following a preliminary hearing. Their formal arraignment is scheduled for Oct. 13. #police #cops #crime #policia #polizei #CrimeNews #KarolineJordynHeintz #BodyCamFootage

ZERO RELEASES. BORDER STAYS CLOSED. Tom Homan just made it plain. That caravan can keep walking, but nobody gets dumped into America. Arrest. Prosecute. Deport. Maybe to a third country if their home stalls. Promises made. Promises kept. Democrats opened the border by design for future voters. ICE is wrecking that plan. Keep it shut.

Trump just withdrew the United States from the Paris Climate Agreement. The US now joins Iran, Libya, and Yemen as the only countries in the world not in the agreement.
